BRT COUNCIL PROFILES
The BRT Council is the internal organising body for the British Regions Tournament, responsible for running regional trials and the annual events. It consists of the Senior Council and the Regional Directors that are responsible for regional trials.
Below you will find profiles of each of the Council members.
BRT Council Profiles ~ Senior Council

Council Leader
Steff Llewellyn heads the council as the BRT Council Leader, having founded BRT in the Summer of 2022. Long-time Exeter University student since 2014-15 and has been a regular fixture in University pool since then. Highlights include winning the individual BUCS 9-Ball Championship, BUCS 8-Ball Team Championship and individual Southerns Championship

Tournament Coordinator
George Gregory joined the BRT Council as Tournament Coordinator in 2024-25.

Treasurer
Alvin Chan joined the BRT Senior Council in 2023 as Treasurer. Then he played some ok pool, then he played some terrible pool. Alvin is known as the Alex Ferguson of the pool world to some.
Tournament Coordinator Assistant
In 2025, David Chattaway was invited to join the Council having previously played for the University of Bristol since 2021, having represented the A-team the two previous years. During his time at Bristol, he saw his Club lift its first major team title in our history; as well as winning silver as a part of Wales & The South West in 2023-24..


Trials/Tournament Assistant
Sam Hale entered BRT as a player in 2022 and then the Council in 2024, first as Trials Manager and then as Trials and Tournament Assistant. Sam started playing pool in Bristol before starting at the University of East Anglia, where he has served in multiple roles including social sec and President.Â

Northeast Regional Director
Jammy Clark joined the BRT Council in 2022-23 as Northeast Regional Director.
Ireland Regional Director
Eoghan joined the BRT Council in 2025-26 as Ireland Regional Director.



Southeast Regional Director
Poppy Fenn joined the BRT Council in 2024-25 as Southeast Regional Director.
Scotland Regional Director
Findlay Anderson joined the BRT Council in 2025-26 as Scotland Regional Director.

Wales & Southwest Regional Director
Dan Evans joined the BRT Council in 2026-27 as Wales & The Southwest Regional Director. He first entered BRT as a B-Team player in the 24-25 season, representing Aberystwyth University. With an unbelieavable B-Team performance that year, they won the B-Team Trophy. In Summer Singles 2025, he finished runner-up in the Trophy Doubles competition.Â
Northwest Regional Director
Ben Wornes entered BRT as a NW B-player during 2022/23 while studying at the University of Manchester, before representing the A-team over the following two seasons. He was runner-up in the 24/25 Individual Championship and won the 2026 BRT Summer Singles Championship before becoming NW RD. Some insist, however, that his greatest legacy is a certain yellow....
